About Executive Indian
Executive Indian profiles Indian-origin executives, C-suite leaders, and high-impact entrepreneurs — in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, the UAE, Singapore, Australia, and India-headquartered companies operating globally.
We write about decisions, not titles. The publication exists because coverage of Indian-origin leadership too often recycles the same dozen names or reduces an operator's career to an arrival story. Our subjects are running P&Ls, closing plants, killing products, and making bets — that is what we cover.
Profiles
Long-form features built on a documented inflection point: a turnaround, a category created, a bet that could have failed. Every profile carries a complication — something that did not work — because that is what separates a profile from a press release.
Frameworks
Monthly syntheses across profiles that give readers a mental model: why Indian-origin leaders over-index in engineering and under-index in the revenue roles that lead to CEO, what the path from function head to board seat actually requires, and more. One clear claim, multiple profiled subjects as evidence, and a counter-argument taken seriously.
The Lists
Annual and quarterly rankings of Indian-origin leadership across public companies and high-growth ventures — researched from primary sources, starting with SEC filings, not recycled coverage.
Our standards
Quotation marks mean the person said those exact words, reproduced from a cited source or approved in writing by the subject. Every factual claim maps to a numbered source. Titles and companies are re-verified within 30 days of publish. Subjects approve their participation and their photograph before we publish. Sponsored pieces are labeled "Partner Feature" above the headline — sponsors approve facts about themselves, never the angle.
